Company
CDM was founded in 1984 by Tom Rappazini and Lee Maddan as a supplier of data and mailing services in Fort Walton Beach and the panhandle of Florida.
CDM grew as a local mailing company until the early 1990’s. During this time the company grew from a local mailer to a national mailing company. It was during these years that companies such as American Beauty Pageants, Edwin Watts Golf and Cox Cable became customers. In 1993 CDM developed and sold to one county a postcard mailing platform to replace the current three part form offered by the State of Florida for tag renewal. Over the next few years this program grew and evolved into three mailing platforms used by 52 of the 67 counties in the state of Florida for Vehicle Registration Renewal Notices.
CDM has continued to develop and grow new areas of business including utility companies in 2003 and check processing companies in 2005 while maintaining a solid core of government and advertising mailing.
CDM is unsurpassed as an automated mail producer.
